Full time (9am-5pm) highly motivated, articulate customer service representative needed for ecommerce inbound call center located in western Queens. This position is seasonal and will last until January 2009. Opportunity may potentially lead to a permanent position. $10-$11/hour depending on experience.
Requirements:
• MUST have call center experience
• MUST be a fast typist- 45 WPM+
• MUST speak clearly and articulately
• An outgoing personality
• Catalog or ecommerce experience a +
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word
Duties:
• Answering inbound customer calls in a call center environment
• Enter sales orders and answer questions regarding products
• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Contact vendors to research problems or questions
• Strong follow up with customers
